Ordering happens in the WordPress Panel at fastcat.app. You can walk the whole setup wizard before you have an account— you’ll only be asked to sign in at checkout.
1

Start the wizard

Go to fastcat.app/sites/new and choose Create a new website.Migrating an existing site? Contact us— we move it for you, free.
2

Name your site

This is the display name in your panel and the title WordPress starts with. You can change it later in WordPress.
3

Pick a plan and billing cadence

Plans are sized by monthly visits. Monthly, quarterly, yearly, and two-yearly billing are available, with prepayment discounts applied at checkout.
4

Choose a hostname

Either take a free FastCat hostname (something like site-ab34.fastcat.app) or enter your own domain. If you enter your own domain, the wizard shows you the exact DNS record to add. See Connect your domain.
5

Review and check out

Confirm the summary, then complete payment in the billing panel. If you don’t have a FastCat account yet, you’ll create one here— your wizard choices are retained.
6

Wait about a minute

Your containers are created, WordPress is installed, and a certificate is issued. The site page refreshes itself as each stage completes.

Your WordPress login

Open your site in the panel and go to the WordPress tab. The admin username, password, and login URL are there, with the password behind a Show/Hide toggle.
The panel is the only place these credentials are shown— we never email your WordPress password. If you change it inside WordPress, the panel will continue showing the original value.
While WordPress is still installing, buttons that would redeploy your site (restart, core update, restore, SFTP, domain changes) are disabled. This clears automatically in well under a minute.
